FRANK GUSHULAK Peacefully, after a courageous battle with lung cancer, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of Frank Gushulak, at the age of 70 years, on January 6, 2006, at the Grace Hospital, Winnipeg. Frank is survived by his wife of 42 years, Gertie Gushulak; son, Curtis Gushulak, daughters, Cheryl (nee McDonell) and Janice Gushulak; grandchildren, Britanny and Logan McDonell and Aiden Gushulak; three brothers and four sisters. His parents Metro and Anne Gushulak, seven brothers and two sisters predeceased Frank. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., January 12 at St. Elias Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Sirko, MB, the Very Reverend Father Miron Pozniak presiding. Should friends so desire Donations in Frank's Memory may be made to the Manitoba Cancer Care Foundation. The family would also like to give special thanks to Dr. N. MacEachern and the staff at the Grace Hospital who gave tirelessly during Frank's battle. Vita Funeral Home In Care of Arrangements.
